The CUBE® framework can be applied in many different ways depending on role and needs. To make it easier to grasp how the framework brings the most value for you in your role, a recommended reading is summarised on this page.
Shareholder Board Member
If you are active in a Shareholder Board the CUBE framework can provide:
- a common language with other board members and management team about the organisation
