Tenosis AB provides access to the “CUBE”® framework and the “cubeframework.com” website. These resources are designed to support excellence in various business and organizational activities. Access is granted to individuals and organizations without a formal licensing agreement, subject to the terms provided herein.

All intellectual property rights related to the “CUBE”® framework and content published on “cubeframework.com”, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and any other rights, are the exclusive property of Tenosis AB, unless otherwise licensed through a formal written agreement.

The “CUBE”® framework and “cubeframework.com”, including all components, materials, content, and documentation, are protected by relevant intellectual property laws and international agreements.

Users are authorized to use, modify, and incorporate the “CUBE”® framework and content published on “cubeframework.com” for their internal operations, projects, or initiatives, subject to these terms.

“cubeframework.com” is a website that provides users with access to a wealth of information related to the “CUBE”® framework. Users agree to use the website in a manner consistent with these Terms.

The production of derivative materials such as, but not limited to, books, products, documentation, digital media, etc. based on the “CUBE”® framework or the “CUBE® Knowledge Hub” content requires a formal licensing agreement. Contact Tenosis AB for licensing information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and the European Union.

Disputes under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in Swedish courts.

Tenosis AB reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the official website or directly to users.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Tenosis AB and the users of the “CUBE”® framework and “cubeframework.com” website superseding all prior agreements.
